Our Recruitment Process

  • 1. Recruitment Briefing

    The most successful recruitment processes start with a thorough briefing on the role and candidate requirements.

    We work with you to clearly define the role, develop a solid Job Description, develop a Job Advertisement to attract the right candidate, and develop a thorough understanding the ideal candidate profile.

  • 2. Sourcing and Screening

    We manage the entire candidate sourcing process for you, taking the headache out of advertising, shortlisting, and pre-screening.

    From this step, we will provide you with a shortlist of the best-fit and most-relevant candidates with a brief of their application and an overview of their pre-screen interview.

  • 3. Interview Coordination

    When you are happy to proceed with interview, we will manage interview coordination on your behalf and pencil in appropriate time slots for both yourself and the candidate.

    This can be a single or multi stage interview process which will be identified in the recruitment briefing.

  • 4. Reference Checking

    After interviews have been completed and you are considering making an offer, we will perform reference checking and provide you with a summary.

    Reference checking is an important step to increase the validity of the candidates application.

  • 5. Offer and Negotiation

    With reference checking out of the way, we are ready to make a decision on who to offer the position to.

    We will take care of the formal Employment Offer and support in the negotiation of remuneration.

  • 6. Finalisation

    Once an offer has been accepted, we will prepare the necessary documentation to finalise their employment, and close out the recruitment process.
